Task 2:
Nowadays, people prefer to do more investment rather than just put the capital in the bank and earn little interest since it is a quite effective way to earn more money. They will notice the investment news or other information and then analyze the relevant information whether they should ask or bid the stock. Our system has a similar function as that system in other investment banks or companies. This system allows customers to ask or bid the stock and get the stock information about the stock transaction.
Also, when the customers do not have enough money to buy the stock, they will borrow some money from the bank or use some collateral to lend some money. Our system allows that the bank to analyze the level of risk for the customers and consider how much should borrow to them. A risk evaluation report will display as last.
The function of our system ARMS as the following:
l Bid / Ask Stock Management
Ø allows the client to ask / bid the stock through the Internet and phone-based system
Ø displays the stock information (e.g. stock name, stock code)
Ø pops up an alert if the user do not have enough money to buy stock
l Risk reporting
Ø displays a risk evaluation report about lending money to the client,
Ø finds out the best, normal and worse case of the risk
Ø displays the risk analysis
l Stock Transaction Reporting
Ø displays a report about stock transaction such as quantity, ask/bid price and time, stock code, and stock name
l Account Management
Ø maintains the account balance for the clients
Ø calculate the liquidity of the clients
Ø checks whether the account have enough money to buy stock

o Include all kinds of people
o Make the transaction of stock based on the information provided by the system
o Ask and bid the stock through our system or contact with our staff.
· Auditors:
o Analyze the flow chart generated by the system
o Audit all related documents and transaction records
o Evaluate the liquidity and creditability of the clients
o Monitor the system whether if it functions well
· Managers
o Decide whether should sign the loan approval letter or not and how much should lend to the clients based on the risk report
o Make the financial provision for the clients who faced the investment risk
o Make a final decision on investment project according to the evaluation of auditor
· Operators
o Helps the clients to make transaction through the system
o Provides some stock information to the clients
o Helps the clients to decide whether they should ask more stock or bid the stock
